Sadie Ragan
Executive Director — she/they
Sadie grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education. After working as a resource teacher in Milwaukee and Bentonville Public Schools for 10 years, she served as Director of Family Ministries at First United Methodist Church-Bentonville for seven years, focusing on diversity, inclusivity and a family-systems approach to spiritual development. She will graduate with her Master’s in May 2023.
In her free time, Sadie loves reading ALL the books, traveling (especially glamping), and planning her next tattoo. She lives in Bentonville, Arkansas with her wife and three kids.
Han Latham
Program Assistant — they/them
Han Latham graduated high school in 2013, moved to NWA, and hasn’t looked back. They currently live in Greenland, AR with their two cats, Trixi and Nymphadora. In their free time, Han likes to go to thrift stores and flea markets or have a night out with friends. Han is also an avid reader and has a list of LGBTQIA+ book recommendations as long as their arm.
